About Project
School management system is developed using PHP, CSS, Bootstrap, and Javascript. Speaking about the project, he has all the necessary features. There is only one administration on the project where they can handle and manage student, fees, teachers, classes, articles, hosts and many people. Admin plays an important role in system management. In this project, all the key functions are done by admin.
About the system
Full control of admin system, all functions are done with admin panel. Here, the user uses CRUD features and manage student, fees, bank, teachers, articles, class, series, host, timetable, events, notice / announcement, examination results, fees structure, attendance. Login sessions can also be viewed from the admin panel. Now speaking about all the key functions of the system, it is the feature to add, edit, delete and view the management of students, teachers, classes, hostels, currencies and fees. Including a student, the user must provide full name, select gender, date of birth, photos, registration number, class, stream, host, join, date, educational year, total fee, advance fees, Balance, and parents.
Similarly, while adding teachers, the user should provide names, gender, age, phone number, email identification, and staff number. For payment of fees, fees should be announced from the fee structure section. All payments are done through banks. So the bank section is necessary here. And the user can add a bank account with an account number that is required during a student fee payment. To pay fees, they provide student name, session, paid amount, select a bank branch and select comments. Not only students and teachers, the user will have to include topics and class details. Articles and classes are easy to add, it only has to provide a theme and class name. And this is the way to talk about it.
Other features
A school includes a hostel, so it is a major feature of the system. Similarly, while adding holes, you need to provide a simple name and choose the status of availability that is available or not available. During school visits, students can be set for students, so the system also has time missiles, where the system administrator can easily manage timetables. The user has to provide only a timetable image, and select the class and stream to set the timetables for students. System for event management, providing event name to the administrator, select date and enter details. Through this feature, all school events are organized regularly.
Another role in the administrator is to announce an announcement by students as well as publishing notes for school students. It's like events, all you need to do, add an announcement title, date, and details about the announcement. With this feature, each student may be aware of events or announcements coming to the teacher as well. Last but not Lisa, one of the main features is publishing the results of the exam and this feature is also available in the system. To publish the results of the exam, they enter a student's name, category, subject, selection and points. This feature makes it easier for the examination results as the administrator can easily add, view and delete. Class attendance is also maintained by participating or targeting classes, attendance, names, dates.
Minor features
And this can also be seen from all session admin panel that shows the term, status and status. In the Admin Dashboard, all recent fees are displayed with the combination ID number, student name, amount and overall balance. And yes, the details of each student's parent should also be entered in the system that is also displayed in the admin dashboard. Others are also shown as a total attendance, examination, session, student type and fee structure. School management system in PHP helps easy management of school functions.
